摘  要:医护人员的幸福感对个人健康和医疗服务质量至关重要,但近年来他们面临的心理压力和职业倦怠问题日益严重。首先,将工作压力分为挑战性压力和阻断性压力,分别分析其对幸福感的影响。然后,对258名医护人员进行问卷调查研究。研究发现:两种压力类型均显著负向影响医护人员的幸福感;绿色行为在挑战性压力与幸福感、阻断性压力与幸福感之间均发挥了显著的中介作用。呀就结果揭示了医护人员幸福感的复杂影响机制,为制定有效的干预措施提供了理论依据,并强调了绿色行为在提升医护人员心理健康和工作满意度方面的重要性。The happiness of medical staff is crucial for their personal health and the quality of medical services,but in recent years,they have been facing increasingly severe psychological pressure and occupational burnout.The study divides work stress into challenging stress and obstructive stress,and analyzes their impact on happiness.Through a questionnaire survey of 258 healthcare workers,the study found that both types of stress significantly negatively affect the happiness of healthcare workers.In addition,green behavior plays a significant mediating role between challenging stress and happiness,as well as between inhibitory stress and happiness.This discovery reveals the complex impact mechanism on the happiness of healthcare workers,providing a theoretical basis for developing effective intervention measures and emphasizing the importance of green behavior in improving the mental health and job satisfaction of healthcare workers.
