摘　　要：探讨学术期刊融入学术共同体的关系演进、趋势特征与优化路径,以健全学术期刊与学术共同体的互动关系,推进学术共同体高质量发展。文章在梳理学术共同体的内涵演变的基础上,探讨学术期刊融入学术共同体的关系演进,认为这种关系演进主要表现为从双主体线性关系到多主体网络关系的转变,并表现出参与主体数量增多、主体间互动更加开放、学术期刊深度参与学术研究全流程等趋势特征。面对学术期刊融入学术共同体过程中面临的主体不完备、互动不全面、评价体系不健全、监督管理机制缺失、创新实践遭遇困境等问题,学术期刊应进一步强化主体链接功能、发挥学术评价功能、协同共建内部管理机制、持续优化运作模式,不断突出其在学术共同体中的角色担当,促进学术繁荣。Against the backdrop of building the discipline system,the academic system,and the discourse system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,promoting the academic prosperity through the academic community as a carrier has significant practical significance.As the embedding and interdependence between the academic journals and the academic community gradually become a consensus in academia,the positive interaction between the two is the key foundation for promoting the high-quality development of the academic community.The article outlines the evolution of the connotation of the academic community and finds that the definition of the academic community in academia has transitioned from a narrow definition to a broad one.During this process,the dominant position of the academic journals in the academic community is gradually established.The article elaborates on the evolution of the relationship between the academic journals and the academic community from both the internal motivation and the external manifestation.The platform role,leading role,linking role,and evaluation role of the academic journals are the inherent driving forces for the evolution of the relationship,which promote the academic journals to participate in the academic community as the subjects and effectively link other participating subjects such as authors,reviewers,and readers.The external manifestation of this relationship evolution is the transformation from a dual subject linear relationship to a multi-agent network relationship,that is,the dual subject relationship between journals and authors,journals and reviewers,and journals and readers,evolving into a"author-journal-reviewer","reviewer-journal-reader",and"author-journal-reader"network through the linking effect of the journals,and forming the network relationship within the academic community centered on the academic journals.In the process of integrating the academic journals into the academic community,there are several trends,including an increase in the number of participating
