摘 要:目的调查肝胆外科住院肿瘤患者营养知识、态度、行为情况,并分析其影响因素,为改善肝胆外科住院患者的营养状况,针对性开展营养干预提供参考。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取2020年7—12月在河南省人民医院肝胆外科住院的肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用一般情况和营养知信行调查问卷进行调查,采用回归分析探讨影响营养知信行的影响因素。结果共调查352例患者,营养知识得分为(10.70±2.47)分,营养态度得分为(17.53±3.62)分,营养行为得分为(20.98±4.08)分。营养相关知识得分的影响因素为受教育程度(β=0.530)、户籍(β=-0.958)、就业类型(β=-0.565);营养相关态度得分的影响因素为性别(β=0.819)、是否有高血压(β=1.151)、体育锻炼(β=1.151)和知识得分(β=0.409);营养相关行为的影响因素为性别(β=1.354)、体育锻炼(β=2.059)、知识得分(β=0.375)和态度得分(β=0.181)。结论肝胆外科住院患者对营养知识了解有所欠缺,营养行为仍有改善。可针对性对患者进行营养知识教育,以提高患者的依从性,改善围手术期营养状况。Objective To investigate the nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice of hepatobiliary surgery patients,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the nutritional status of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery and carrying out nutritional intervention.Methods The tumor patients hospitalized in the Hepatobiliary Surgery Department of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from July to December 2020 were selected as the study objects by convenient sampling method.The general situation and nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire were used to investigate,and the influencing factors were explored by using regression analysis.Results A total of 352 inpatients were investigated.The average scores of nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior were(10.70±2.47),(17.53±3.62)and(20.98±4.08)points respectively.The factors influencing the score of nutrition related knowledge were educational level(β=0.530),registered residence(β=-0.958),and employment type(β=-0.565).The influencing factors of nutrition related attitude scores were gender(β=0.819),hypertension(β=1.151),physical exercise(β=1.151)and knowledge score(β=0.409).The influencing factors of nutrition related behavior were gender(β=1.354),physical exercise(β=2.059),knowledge score(β=0.375)and attitude score(β=0.181).Conclusion Patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery have a lack of understanding of nutritional knowledge,and their nutritional behavior is still improved.Nutritional knowledge education can be targeted to patients to improve their compliance and perioperative nutritional status.
