摘　　要：目的探讨富血小板血浆(PRP)联合低强度激光(LLLT)对退行性膝关节炎(OA)患者的疗效。方法本研究收集平顶山市第一人民医院骨科2020年1月1日至2022年12月31日收治的82例OA患者,采用信封法将其分为观察组39例,对照组43例,其中对照组接受PRP治疗,观察组在对照组PRP基础上联合LLLT治疗。对比两组治疗效果、日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分。结果经治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者WOMAC评分降低,治疗效果评分、JOA评分均升高(P<0.05)。结论PRP联合LLLT能有效减轻OA患者的疼痛,利用其减轻炎症和促进组织修复的特点让OA患者的关节功能得到改善。Objective To discuss the effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combination with low-level laser therapy(LLLT)on patients with osteoarthritis of the knee(OA).Methods Eighty-two patients with OA admitted to Orthopedics Department of the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were collected in this study.They were classified into two groups using sealed opaque envelopes.Patients in control group(43 cases)received PRP injection,while patients in observation group(39 cases)received PRP combination with LLLT.The clinical efficacy,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,compared with control group,WOMAC score of observation group patients was decreased,while the treatment effect score and JOA score were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion PRP combined with LLLT can effectively reduce pain in patients with OA,and improve joint function in patients with OA by reducing inflammation and promoting tissue repair.
