补肾活血方联合穴位贴敷对复发性流产患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析补肾活血方联合穴位贴敷对复发性流产患者的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2023年3月洛阳市妇幼保健院和洛阳市中医院妇科收治的复发性流产患者64例,分为对照组与试验组,各32例,方法为随机数字表法。对照组接受依诺肝素、地屈孕酮治疗,试验组在依诺肝素、地屈孕酮的基础上接受补肾活血方联合穴位贴敷治疗,持续治疗12周。比较两组治疗12周后妊娠结局,治疗前、治疗12周后症状体征、血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、子宫动脉血流灌注、血清抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)、抗β2糖蛋白1抗体(抗β2-GP1)水平。结果较治疗前,治疗12周后两组主症评分、次症评分、总症状评分,搏动指数(PI)、动脉收缩末期峰值/舒张末期流速值(S/D)水平、阻力指数(RI),血清ACA、抗β2-GP1水平降低,且试验组更低(P<0.05)。较治疗前,治疗12周后,两组血清β-HCG、E_(2)、P水平提高,且试验组更高(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,试验组妊娠成功31例,占比96.88%,高于对照组[71.88%(23例)](χ^(2)=7.585,P=0.006)。结论补肾活血方联合穴位贴敷可降低复发性流产患者症状体征,妊娠成功率更高,提高子宫动脉血流灌注,改善激素分泌水平,降低血清抗体水平。Objective To analyze the effects of Bushen Huoxue formula combined with acupoint application in patients with recurrent abortion.Methods A total of 64 patients with recurrent abortion admitted to gynecology department of Luoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to March 2023 were divided into the control group and the experimental group,32 cases each,using random number table method.The control group was treated with enoxaparin and dydrogesterone,and the experimental group was treated with Bushen Huoxue formula combined with acupoint application on the basis of enoxaparin and dydrogesterone for 12 weeks.Pregnancy outcome after 12 weeks of treatment,symptoms and signs,serumβ-humanchorionic gonadotrophin(β-HCG),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P),uterine arterial blood perfusion,serum serum anti-cardiolipin antibody(ACA),anti-β2-glycoprotein-1 antibody(anti-β2-GP1)levels before and after 12 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,after 12 weeks of treatment,the main disease score,secondary disease score,total symptom score,peak/end-diastolic flow rate(S/D),pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI)levels,serum ACA and anti-β2-GP1 levels in the two groups were lower,and the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of serumβ-HCG,E_(2),P in two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,31 cases of successful pregnancy in the experimental group,accounting for 96.88%,were higher than that in the control group[71.88%(23 cases)]accounting for 71.88%(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue formula combined with acupoint application can reduce the symptoms and signs of recurrent abortion patients,pregnancy success rate is higher,improve the uterine artery blood perfusion,improve the level of hormone secretion,and reduce the levels of ACA and anti-β2-GP1 in serum.
