中药塌渍药包治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中药塌渍药包治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法通选取平煤神马集团总医院2020年1月至2023年7月收治的符合纳入标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者共计100例,将其作为本次研究对象,采用随机分组方式分为对照组(接受常规治疗)、观察组(在对照组基础上联合中药塌渍药包治疗),每组50例患者,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),临床各症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05),血液流变学指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),无痛患者占比高于对照组(P<0.05),总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药塌渍药包可进一步缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状,提升临床治疗效果,改善血液流变学指标,提升满意度。Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)herbal compression packs in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Group from January 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving conventional treatment)and an observation group(receiving conventional treatment combined with TCM herbal compression packs),with 50 patients in each group.The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficacy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom relief time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemorheological indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of pain-free patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM herbal compression packs can further alleviate clinical symptoms,improve treatment efficacy,enhance hemorheological indicators,and increase patient satisfaction in LDH patients.
