摘　　要：心血管疾病发病风险感知是采取预防行为和做出适当改变的重要先驱,对及时发现潜在的风险指标,落实一级预防措施、改善患者愈后至关重要。本文旨在从风险感知的定义、研究工具、影响因素和干预对策等方面总结心血管疾病患者风险感知的研究进展,提出目前心血管疾病患者风险感知的研究现状及建议,为实施针对性的干预,提升患者风险感知水平提供参考。Risk perception of cardiovascular disease is an important precursor to take preventive actions and make appropriate changes,which is crucial to timely detection of potential risk indicators,implementation of primary prevention measures,and improvement of patient recovery.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the research progress of risk perception in patients with cardiovascular disease from the definition,research tools,influencing factors and intervention strategies,and put forward the current research status and suggestions on risk perception in patients with cardiovascular disease,to provide reference for implementing targeted intervention and improving patients’risk perception level.
