摘　　要：从老旧小区公共空间功能分区及利用现状出发,调研重庆老旧小区公共空间适老现状与适老化改造供需协调问题。以4个重庆老旧小区为例,基于问卷调研和实地访谈数据,获取老旧小区公共空间特征、老年人适老满意度评价、适老提升需求,总结重庆老旧小区改造共性问题。从道路交通空间、景观绿化空间、活动空间、公共适老服务空间提出相应的适老优化策略,可为重庆老旧小区适老化升级改造工作提供参考。Starting from the functional zoning and current utilization status of public spaces in old residential areas,this study investigates the current aging friendliness of public spaces in old residential areas in Chongqing and the coordination between supply and demand for aging friendly renovations.Taking four old residential areas in Chongqing as examples,based on questionnaire surveys and field interview data,we obtain the characteristics of public spaces in old residential areas,elderly residents'satisfaction evaluations of age-friendliness,and their needs for improvements.The common issues in the renovation of old residential areas in Chongqing are summarized.Corresponding aging friendly optimization strategies are proposed for road and traffic spaces,landscape and green spaces,activity spaces,and public service spaces tailored for the elderly.These strategies can provide references for the aging friendly upgrading and renovation of old residential areas in Chongqing.
