摘　　要：人民的生活品质与城市公用设施的服务水平息息相关。以重庆市九龙坡区公厕布点专项规划为例,分析目前我国大城市公厕的服务水平和存在的问题,紧紧围绕“以人民为中心”提出城市公厕规划布局原则和规划策略,可为同类型研究提供借鉴参考。The quality of people's lives is closely related to the service level of urban public facilities.Taking the special planning for public toilets in Jiulongpo District,Chongqing as an example,this paper analyzes the current service level and existing problems of public toilets in large cities in China.Centering on the principle of"people-centeredness",it proposes planning and layout principles as well as strategies for urban public toilets,which can serve as a reference for similar research.
