基于使用效率评估的体育场改造前策划研究——以广州天河体育中心体育场为例

摘　　要：在体育场馆步入存量更新的时代背景下,我国大型赛事的引入增加了体育场馆的改造需求,更精确地评估体育场馆的使用效率是进行常规改造前策划的重要基础。回顾与梳理体育场馆使用效率评估的相关理论和评估方法,以2024年拟改造的第十五届全国运动会场馆广州天河体育中心体育场为例,选择适用于体育场馆的SUI评估方法,对天河中心体育场近年的使用效率进行定量评估,与天河体育场第十五届全运会改造可行性研究报告对比分析,提出相应的改造前策划建议,以辅助该体育场的改造决策。In the era of stadium inventory renewal,the introduction of major sporting events in China has increased the demand for stadium renovations.A more precise evaluation of stadium utilization efficiency serves as an important foundation for routine pre-renovation planning.This paper reviews and summarizes relevant theories and evaluation methods for stadium utilization efficiency.Taking the Tianhe Sports Center Stadium in Guangzhou,which was planned to be renovated for the 15th National Games in 2024,as an example,the Stadium Utilization Index(SUI)evaluation method,suitable for stadiums,is selected to quantitatively assess the utilization efficiency of the Tianhe Stadium in recent years.A Comparative Analysis with the Feasibility Study Report on the Renovation of Tianhe Stadium for the 15th National Games.Corresponding pre-renovation planning suggestions are proposed to assist in the decision-making process for the stadium's renovation.
