摘  要:上海青浦某大型深基坑工程主体结构复杂,工期紧张,地质条件复杂,周边环境保护要求高。工程采用钻孔灌注桩结合四道水平混凝土支撑的围护形式。通过制定合理的分区方案和协同开挖工况设计,确保相邻分区施工安全,并保证核心筒等关键主体结构的施工进度,最大化缩减整体工期。针对复杂的地质与水文条件,进行针对性分区设计,深化围护桩、立柱桩及降水设计。实际监测数据显示,对于4万m^(2)的地下二层基坑,分为2~3个分区较为适宜。在支护方案合理、施工严格把控的情况下,即使因疫情等因素基坑延长暴露3个月、累计变形达65 mm,整体仍能维持安全。研究为实际深基坑工程提供了协同开挖及分区设计的参考思路。A large deep foundation pit project in Qingpu District,Shanghai,features a complex main structure,tight construction schedule,complex geological conditions,and high requirements for surrounding environmental protection.The project adopts a retaining system combining drilled piles with four levels of horizontal concrete struts.By formulating a reasonable zonal plan and collaborative exca-vation scenario design,the safety of adjacent zones during excavation is ensured,and the construction progress of key structures such as the core wall is guaranteed,minimizing the overall construction period.Targeted zonal design is implemented to address the complex geo-logical and hydrological conditions,refining the design of retaining piles,column piles,and dewatering measures.Actual monitoring data indicates that dividing the 40,000 m^(2)two-story underground founda-tion pi into 2~3 zones is appropriate.With a reasonable supporting scheme and strict construction control,even when the foundation pit is exposed for an additional three months due to factors such as the pandemic,with a cumulative deformation of 65 mm,the overall structure remains safe.This study provides a reference framework for collaborative excavation and zonal design in practical deep founda-tion pit projects.
