摘　　要：瘙痒症是一种常见的皮肤病,表现为仅有皮肤瘙痒而无原发皮损。瘙痒也是许多皮肤病最常见的症状,不仅会导致患者的不适,也可能引发睡眠、情绪和社交等方面的问题,严重影响患者的日常活动和心理健康,使患者生活质量降低。在临床实践中,由于瘙痒的主观感受性和病因的复杂性使得医生在评估患者瘙痒严重程度时面临挑战。本文从瘙痒程度评估的维度入手,整理了常见的单维和多维瘙痒评估工具,同时介绍了可用于瘙痒患者疗效评估的量表,阐述了其应用方法、优势和局限性,以期为皮肤科临床工作者选择和应用这些评估工具提供参考。Pruritus is a common dermatologic condition characterized by only itching without primary skin lesions.Pruritus is also the most common symptom of many dermatologic conditions,causing discomfort and leading to problems with sleep,mood,and social interaction.These issues can significantly impact the daily activities,mental health and overall quality of life.In clinical practice,the subjective nature of itching and the complexity of its etiology make it challenging for physicians to assess the severity of itch in patients.We summarize the common unidimensional and multidimensional pruritus assessment tools from the perspective of pruritus degree assessment,introduce the scales that can be used to evaluate the efficacy of pruritus patients,and describe their application methods,advantages and limitations,in order to provide reference for dermatology clinicians to select and apply these assessment tools.
