改良双极房颤射频消融术联合心脏瓣膜置换术对风湿性心脏瓣膜病伴房颤患者的疗效

摘  要:目的:探析改良双极房颤射频消融术联合心脏瓣膜置换术对风湿性心脏瓣膜病伴房颤患者的疗效。方法:将100例风湿性心脏瓣膜病伴房颤患者随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组给予心脏瓣膜置换术,观察组加用改良双极房颤射频消融术,比较2组心功能改善情况、心脏结构和并发症。结果:观察组相较于对照组,总有效率更高,并发症发生率更低,且治疗后心脏结构指标LVESD、LVEDD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:改良双极房颤射频消融术联合心脏瓣膜置换术对治疗风湿性心脏瓣膜病伴房颤患者疗效显著,可改善患者心脏结构,降低术后并发症发生风险。Objective:To explore the efficacy of modified bipolar radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation combined with heart valve replacement in patients with rheumatic heart valve disease with atrial fibrillation.Methods:One hundred cases of the patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).Both groups underwent heart valve replacement,while the observation group was additionally treated with modified bipolar atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation.The improvement of the cardiac function,cardiac structure,and complications in the 2 groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group showed higher overall effective rate and LVEF and lower complication rate,and the post-treatment cardiac structural indexes of LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined therapy has significant efficacy in treating these patients,can improve the cardiac structure of patients and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
