摘  要:流态化炼铁工艺是一种创新的炼铁技术,是将铁矿石、煤和石灰石等原材料装入流化床反应器中进行还原和熔化,从而产生铁水。与传统高炉炼铁相比,流态化炼铁的优点是运行温度较低,气体排放量较小,可利用低品位矿石和非焦煤。然而,流态化炼铁工艺仍存在一些问题,如稳定性和可靠性不足,设备易磨损因而维护成本较高等。此外,大规模生产时,铁矿粉在流化床中会发生粘结。Fluidized ironmaking process is an innovative ironmaking technology in which the raw materials such as iron ore,coal,and limestone are placed in a fluidized bed reactor and reduced and melted to produce molten iron.Advantages of fluidized ironmaking compared to traditional blast furnace ironmaking are follows:lower operating temperatures,smaller volumes of gas emission,and utilization of low-grade ores and non-coking coal.However,there are still some problems in fluidized ironmaking,such as insufficient stability and reliability,higher maintenance due to the equipment being easy to be worn,etc.Moreover,during large-scale producing,iron-ore fines are likely to stick in fluidized bed.
