摘　　要：简要介绍了鞍钢集团炼钢系统的构成及炼钢工艺和装备的现状,包括铁水预处理、转炉冶炼、炉外精炼、连铸等工序、铁水涌动扒渣技术、无氟化KR(Kambara Reactor)铁水脱硫技术、螺旋电磁搅拌等炼钢技术、洁净钢冶炼与污染控制效果,以及鞍钢开发的生产工业纯铁的工艺和工业纯铁品种。Constitution of steelmaking system and the current situation of process and equipment for steelmaking in Angang Group,including pretreatment of molten iron,converter smelting,secondary refining,continuous casting and other operating sequences,molten iron surge slag tap,non-fluorinated Kambara Reactor desulfurization technology for molten iron,steelmaking technology such as spiral electromagnetic stirring,smelting of clean steel and effectiveness of controlling pollution,as well as the process and variety of commercially pure iron developed by Ansteel were introduced briefly.
