摘 要:通过以600、700和800 MPa的压力压制预合金粉末,随后在1380℃氢气氛中烧结2 h制备了含17%~26%(质量分数)Cr的粉末冶金铁素体不锈钢。检测了钢的力学性能和耐蚀性。结果表明:粉末冶金铁素体不锈钢的孔隙率随压制压力的增大而降低,表面硬度随压制压力和Cr含量的增加而提高;钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度随Cr含量的增加而提高,但Cr含量过高导致富Cr第二相析出,断后伸长率降低;Cr含量的增加导致钢的腐蚀电位向正极偏移和腐蚀电流密度减小。Powder metallurgical ferritic stainless steels containing 17%to 26%Cr by mass were fabricated by pressing prealloyed powder at pressures of 600,700,and 800 MPa followed by sintering in hydrogen atmosphere at 1380℃for 2 h.The steels were tested for mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.The results showed that(a)the porosity of the powder metallurgical ferritic stainless steels decreased with the increase in pressing pressure,and their surface hardness increased with the increase in both pressing pressure and chromium content;(b)the yield and tensile strengths of the steel increased with the increase in chromium content,but excessive chromium content caused the precipitation of chromium-rich second phases with the result that the steel decreased in elongation;and(c)the increase in chromium content led to the shift of corrosion potential of the steels to the positive electrode and the decrease in their corrosion current density.
