摘  要:采用NACE标准中的双悬臂梁(NACE-D)法评估了两种不同Mo含量的C110级油套管钢的抗硫化物应力开裂(sulfide stress cracking,SSC)性能。通过力学性能测试、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能量色散X射线光谱仪和电子背散射衍射分析,阐明了Mo含量对该钢抗SSC性能的影响。结果表明:Mo含量低的油套管钢中位错密度较低,高角度晶界和Σ3晶界占比降低,缩短了裂纹扩展路径;同时,较低的平均泰勒因子也降低了裂纹萌生的可能性,提高了C110级油套管钢的抗SSC性能。Sulfide stress cracking(SSC)resistance of C110 grade oil casing tube steel with two different molybdenum contents were evaluated by the double cantilever beam(NACE-D)method in the NACE standard.The effect of Mo contents on the sulfide stress cracking resistance of the steels was elucidated via mechanical property test,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope and electron back scattered diffraction analysis.The results showed that the oil casing tube steel with lower Mo content had a lower dislocation density and decreased in the proportion of high-angle andΣ3 grain boundaries,thus shortening the crack extension paths.Meanwhile,the lower average Taylor factor also reduced the possibility of crack initiation and improved the SSC resistance of C110 grade oil casing tube steel.
