摘  要:采用金相显微镜、电子背散射衍射仪、拉伸试验机、差示扫描量热仪等研究了硅含量对铸轧3003铝合金显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明:硅含量增加使合金开始凝固的温度降低,凝固过冷度增大,成分偏析程度明显增大,析出相分布显示出明显的方向性;硅含量增加影响合金的动态回复与再结晶过程,使合金晶粒尺寸增大,并在铸轧过程中诱导析出大颗粒复合物,影响晶粒取向和织构强度,进而影响合金的力学性能。Effect of silicon content on the microstructure and properties of cast-rolled 3003 aluminum alloy was studied by metallographic microscope,electron back scattered diffractometer(EBSD),tensile tester,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),etc.The results indicated that(a)the increase in silicon content could reduce the temperature at which the alloy began to solidify,increase the degree of undercooling during solidification,significantly increase the degree of composition segregation,thus resulting in the obviously directional distribution of the precipitates;and(b)the increase in silicon content affected the dynamic recovery and recrystallization process of the alloy,leading to an increase in the grain size of the alloy and inducing the precipitation of large-particle composites during the casting-rolling,which affected the grain orientation and texture intensity,thereby affecting the mechanical properties of the alloy.
