摘  要:利用DIL805A热膨胀仪测定了QP980钢以不同速率冷却时的热膨胀曲线。采用切线法结合显微组织及硬度检测绘制了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明:QP980钢的临界点Ac1和Ac3分别为707和891℃;以≤1℃/s的速率冷却后QP980钢的组织为铁素体、珠光体和贝氏体,以2℃/s的速率冷却后为铁素体、贝氏体和马氏体,以≥5℃/s的速率冷却后为全马氏体。Thermal expansion curves of QP980 steel during cooling at different rates were measured by DIL805A thermal expansion instrument,and the continuous cooling transformation curve of the steel was drawn by using the tangent method in conjunction with microstructure and hardness examination.The results showed that(a)the critical points Ac1 and Ac3 of the QP980 steel were 707 and 891℃,respectively;and(b)the microstructure of the steel was ferrite,pearlite,and bainite after cooling at rate no greater than 1℃/s,ferrite,bainite and martensite after cooling at rate of 2℃/s,and all martensite after cooling at rate no less than 5℃/s.
