摘  要:基于南钢非调质钢的开发经验,通过成分设计和控轧控冷工艺研制了1000 MPa级汽车锁环用非调质钢,研究了拉拔减面率及时效工艺对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢的显微组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒度为10级,抗拉强度为787 MPa,屈服强度为557 MPa,断后伸长率为22.5%,断面收缩率为62%。试验钢的拉拔减面率与抗拉强度之间的关系为σ=σ0+6.3796γ,确定了满足1000 MPa级汽车锁环性能要求的最佳拉拔和时效工艺为32%减面率+350℃保温1 h。Based on the experience of development of non-quenched-and-tempered steel in Nangang Co,the 1000 MPa grade non-quenched-and-tempered steel intended for automotive lock rings was developed by means of composition design and controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes,and the influence of area reduction of drawing and aging process on its mechanical properties was investigated.The results showed that the tested steel exhibited microstructure composed of ferrite and pearlite,the grain size of grade 10,tensile strength of 787 MPa,yield strength of 557 MPa,elongation of 22.5%,and reduction of area of 62%.The relationship between the area reduction of drawing and tensile strength of the tested steel was expressed asσ=σ0+6.3796γ.The optimal drawing and aging processes whereby the performance requirements for 1000 MPa grade automotive lock rings could be met were area reduction of 32%and holding at 350℃for 1 h.
