摘 要:对30CrMnTi钢盘条的生产工艺和装备进行了如下优化:将转炉出钢时间控制在4~6 min,精炼吹氩时间控制在15 min以上,精炼过程中铝质量分数控制在0.012%~0.020%;连铸工序增加结晶器液面波动自动控制系统;首搅磁场强度降低0.01 T、末搅磁场强度提高0.01 T、过热度降低20~34℃和拉速提高1.60~1.70 m/min;各段轧制温度下调20~40℃,辊道速度控制在0.12 m/s及控制盘条在800℃入罩。结果表明:连铸坯中心疏松为1.0级,成分偏析指数为0.95~1.05,氧质量分数下降了0.0003%;盘条平均抗拉强度下降了40 MPa,有效改善了盘条的拉拔性能。Processes and equipment for producing 30CrMnTi steel rod were optimized as follows:(a)the tapping time of converter was controlled between 4 and 6 min,the refining argon blowing time was controlled above 15 min,and the mass fraction of aluminum was controlled between 0.012%and 0.020%during the refining process;(b)the crystallizer level fluctuation automatic control system was added to continuous casting process;(c)the magnetic field strength of leading end stirring was reduced by 0.01 T,the magnetic field strength of trailing end stirring was increased by 0.01 T,the superheat degree was decreased by 20 to 34℃,and the casting speed was increased by 1.60 to 1.70 m/min;and(d)the rolling temperature of each stage was lowered by 20 to 40℃,the roller speed was controlled to 0.12 m/s,and the temperature at which the wire rod was introduced into the cover was controlled to 800℃.The results showed that(a)the continuous casting billet exhibited center porosity of 1.0 grade,segregation indexes of 0.95 to 1.05,and a decrease of 0.0003%by mass in oxygen content;and(b)the average tensile strength of the wire rod decreased by 40 MPa,therefore its drawing ability was significantly improved.
