棉机锯片氧化起皮的原因及控制

摘  要:采用冷轧65Mn钢板制作的棉机锯片从840℃水淬后发现表面起皮。为揭示锯片起皮的原因,对起皮和未起皮的锯片以及加工过程中的锯片进行了宏观检验、微观检验和能谱分析。结果表明:用于制作锯片的原料热轧板有脱碳层和深度约为10μm的晶间氧化区;热轧板经过酸洗、中间冷轧、球化退火及精轧等加工后,表层形成了深约5μm的脱碳层及严重的微裂纹;淬火加热时锯片脱碳层和微裂纹区形成氧化皮并脱落,即锯片起皮。通过采取降低热轧温度、控制加热炉内气氛和降低卷取温度,降低球化退火前冷轧压下率等措施,成功解决了锯片的起皮问题。Cotton machine saw blades made of cold-rolled 65Mn steel sheet exhibited peeling after being water quenched from 840℃.The saw blades with and without peeling as well as the saw blades during working process were subjected to macro-check,micro-examination and energy spectrum analysis to reveal the reason why the saw blades peeled.The results indicated that(a)the primary hot-rolled steel plate intended for the saw blades presented decarburized layer and about 10-μm-deep intergranular oxidation area;(b)about 5-μm-deep decarburized layer and severe microcracks formed on the surface of the hot-rolled plate after working such as pickling,intermediate cold rolling,spheroidizing annealing,and finish rolling;and(c)the oxide scale formed and peeled in both decarburized layer and microcrack zone of the saw blade during heating for quenching,that is,the saw blade peeled.The problem of the saw blade peeling had been solved successfully by taking such measures as the reduction in hot rolling temperature,the control of atmosphere in the heating furnace,the decrease in coiling temperature,and the reduction in cold rolling reduction degree before spheroidizing annealing.
