热轧带钢内圈卷形缺陷成因分析及预防措施

摘  要:从卷取设备的控制精度、控制时序和控制特点入手,分析了热轧带钢内圈出现塔形或松卷等缺陷的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。结果表明:通过侧导板短行程宽度及启动点优化、夹送辊压力偏差控制等解决了内圈塔形问题;通过减小夹送辊速度偏差及芯棒拉钢策略、扩张策略和助卷辊压钢策略优化等解决了内圈松卷问题。Taking the control accuracy,control sequence and characteristics of the coiling equipment as the point of departure,the cause for defects of tower-shaped or loose inner coil of the hot-rolled strip was analyzed,and the relative countermeasures were proposed.The results indicated that(a)the problem of tower-shaped inner coil was solved by the optimization of both the short stroke width and starting point of side guide and the control of pressure deviation of pinch roll;and(b)the problem of loose inner coil was solved by the decrease in speed deviation of pinch roll,and the optimization of the mandrel drawing and expansion strategies and the wrapper roll pressing strategy.
