体育强国建设视域下新时代青年使命观的三重意蕴——以习近平总书记有关体育的重要回信为中心的考察

摘　　要：青年强则体育强,体育强则国家强。建设体育强国是强国建设、民族复兴的必然选择。以习近平总书记有关体育的重要回信文本考察为逻辑起点,进而把握其对体育强国建设背景下新时代青年使命观塑造的重大意义。对于新时代青年使命观,从生成理路来看,“两个大局”的内在要求是其时代根基,马克思主义使命观是其理论根脉,党的体育工作与青年工作是其实践互动,中国共产党人使命观发展脉络是其历史依据;从内涵要义上看,积极投身体育强国建设是其实践进路,以战略、竞技、文化等多维并举是其行动方向,实现新时代青年全面发展是其目标导向;在价值旨归上,有利于进一步丰富和发展马克思主义青年使命观、拓宽和完善新时代青年体育工作的实践路径、引领和推动新时代青年在体育强国建设征程中挺膺担当。A strong youth is a strong sport,and a strong sport is a strong nation.Building a sports powerhouse is an inevitable choice for the construction of sports powerhouse and the rejuvenation of the nation.The paper takes an examination of the text of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important reply letters on sports as a logical starting point,and then grasps its significance for the shaping of the mission concept of the youth in the new era in the context of the construction of sports powerhouse.With regard to the concept of youth mission in the new era,from the point of view of the rationale for its generation,the inherent requirements of the“Two Overall Situation”are the foundation of the era,the Marxist concept of mission is the theoretical root,the interaction between the CPC’s sports work and youth work is the practical interaction,and the development of the concept of mission of the Communist Party of China is its historical basis.In terms of connotation,actively participating in the construction of a sports powerhouse is its practical approach,taking a multi-dimensional approach to strategy,competition and culture is its direction of action,and realising the all-round development of young people in the new era is its goal orientation.In terms of value,it is conducive to further enriching and developing the Marxist concept of youth mission,broadening and perfecting the practical path of youth sports work in the new era,and leading and promoting the new era of young people to assume their roles in the process of building sports powerhouse.
