摘　　要：中国共产党自成立之日起就始终不懈探索执政规律、科学把握执政规律、有效运用执政规律。如何领导、为谁执政、如何执政构成了新时代中国共产党探索执政规律的三个基本议题。新时代中国共产党对执政规律的探索达到了新的境界,即以坚持和加强党的全面领导为根本保证,确保执政主体坚强有力;以“以人民为中心”为执政理念,夯实长期执政价值根基;以全面从严治党为伟大实践,开辟自我革命崭新境界;以“两大布局”为战略谋划,实现执政强国有机统一。立足新的赶考之路,新时代中国共产党对执政规律的探索在中国共产党长期执政的政治格局下展现出深刻的价值意蕴。Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has been making unremitting efforts to explore the governing law,scientifically grasp the governing law,and effectively apply the governing law.How to lead,for whom to govern,and how to govern constitute the three basic topics for the Communist Party of China to explore the rule of governance in the new era.In the new era,the CPC has reached a new level in its exploration of the rules of governance,that is,to uphold and strengthen the overall leadership of the party as the fundamental guarantee to ensure that the governing body is strong and powerful;A“people-centered”governance philosophy to consolidate the foundation of long-term governance values;To comprehensively and strictly govern the party as a great practice,open up a new realm of self-revolution;With the“two major layout”as a strategic plan,to achieve the organic unity of governing and rejuvenating the country.Based on the new road to catch up,the exploration of the ruling law of the CPC in the new era has shown profound value implications under the political pattern of the long-term ruling of the Communist Party of China.
