游客体验视角下的粤港澳大湾区自由行优化策略研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着粤港澳大湾区的旅游业不断发展,自由行模式在该区域逐渐成为重要的旅游形式,尤其是受到国内外游客的青睐。从游客体验的视角出发,结合大湾区的独特旅游环境,探讨自由行在大湾区的现状、优势与挑战。通过分析游客的需求和反馈,提出了在现有旅游服务和管理体系基础上进行优化的策略,包括提升跨境交通便利性、改善旅游信息服务、强化文化旅游体验以及加强城市间的协同合作等方面。研究旨在推动大湾区自由行的高质量发展,并为区域旅游的可持续增长提供理论支持与实际对策。In recent years,with the continuous development of tourism in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the free travel model has gradually become an important form of tourism in the region,especially favored by domestic and foreign tourists.From the perspective of tourist experience,combined with the unique tourism environment of the Greater Bay Area,this study discusses the current situation,advantages and challenges of free travel in the Greater Bay Area.By analyzing the needs and feedback of tourists,we proposes strategies for optimizing the existing tourism services and management systems,including improving cross-border transportation convenience and tourism information services,strengthening cultural tourism experience and cooperation between cities.This study aims to promote the high-quality development of free travel in the Greater Bay Area and provide theoretical support and practical countermeasures for the sustainable growth of regional tourism.
