摘 要:中小型制磷电炉工况复杂多变,影响因素众多,实现中小型制磷电炉的人工智能自动化控制,对实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。借鉴20世纪90年代引进的大型热法制磷人工智能自动化控制制磷电炉操作系统,对黄磷生产中制磷电炉的功率负荷、电极压放、渣中P_(2)O_(5)含量、出渣及出铁、炉渣酸度系数等指标,引入5个独立的自动化控制模块调节制磷电炉电气和工艺工况,以期突破目前国内中小型制磷电炉只有工艺参数和电气参数的计算机数据采集与显示的现状,实现制磷电炉操作管理真正意义上的自动化控制。The working conditions of small and medium scale phosphorus production electric furnaces are complex and varied,with numerous influencing factors.Achieving artificial intelligence automation control of small and medium scale phosphorus production electric furnaces is of great significance for achieving the"peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality"goal.Drawing on the large scale thermal phosphorus production artificial intelligence automation control phosphorus production electric furnace operating system introduced in the 1990s,five independent automation control modules are introduced to regulate the electrical and process conditions of phosphorus furnaces in yellow phosphorus production,including power load,electrode slipping,P_(2)O_(5) content in slag,slag and iron removal,and slag acidity coefficient.The aim is to break through the current situation of only collecting and displaying process parameters and electrical parameters in domestic small and medium scale phosphorus production electric furnaces,and achieve true automation control of phosphorus production electric furnace operation management.
