摘　　要：近年来,旅游创业研究吸引了国内学界越来越多的关注,但与国外学界相比仍显滞后,且在旅游创业研究进展与学术贡献方面,仍缺乏系统的梳理与评估。文章采用系统文献综述方法,借鉴扎根理论的编码流程对1981—2022年(截至2022年4月30日)发表在SSCI和CSSCI期刊的221篇旅游创业研究论文进行了研究方法和研究主题归纳,并对其学术贡献展开了评价。从研究主题看,旅游创业研究从早期的关注创业主体逐渐转向对创业过程和特殊创业情境的关注,初步形成了“创业前因-创业过程-创业结果-创业情境”这一较完整的体系。从学术贡献看,现有旅游创业研究大多基于成熟学科的理论来审视旅游情境下的创业活动,并结合旅游业特征来拓展既有理论,但在构建新理论、提出新构念方面的贡献则十分有限。未来的研究可重点关注中国情境与旅游创业实践,丰富旅游创业的理论研究,最终发展出有别于其他创业领域的知识体系。With the rapid development of mass tourism,research on entrepreneurship in the context of tourism and hospitality has been widely discussed.However,systematic reviews and evaluations of the research progress and academic contribution of tourism entrepreneurship are still lacking.In this paper,a systematic literature review method was used to comprehensively review 221 tourism entrepreneurship studies published in SSCI and CSSCI journals from 1981 to April 2022.This article summarizes the research topics by referring to the coding design of grounded theory and evaluating the academic contribution of tourism entrepreneurship.The findings clarify the current research domains in tourism entrepreneurship and highlight future directions.According to our study,research on tourism entrepreneurship is currently developing rapidly.The number of foreign tourism entrepreneurship studies has been rapidly increasing since 2010;in contrast,the number of tourism entrepreneurship studies in China has been relatively small,but it has grown rapidly over the past five years.A tourism entrepreneurship research system,including entrepreneurial antecedents,processes,results,and contexts,is successively forming;at the same time,the research theme has gradually shifted from the early entrepreneurial subjects to the entrepreneurial process and the entrepreneurial context.On this basis,this paper constructs an integrated analysis framework for tourism entrepreneurship research.In addition,our study reveals that the current research on tourism entrepreneurship in the Chinese context is relatively insufficient and proposes directions for tourism entrepreneurship research in China to enrich the theoretical framework of entrepreneurship.Specifically,future research needs to do the following:i)investigate antecedent variables that better align with Chinas tourism entrepreneurship practices,including entrepreneurial teams and various types of entrepreneurial organizations,such as family businesses;ii)deepen the understanding of the entrepreneuri
