摘　　要：从角果藜(Ceratocarpus arenarius Linn.)地上部分甲醇提取物中分离并鉴定出9个化合物,分别为threo-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,8′-oxyneoligna-9,4′,7′,9′-tetraol-7(8)-ene(Ⅰ)、threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-conifery ether(Ⅱ)、(-)-(7 R,8 S,7′E)-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8,4′-oxolane-7′E-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ)、(-)-(7 S,8 S,7′E)-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8,4′-oxolane-7′E-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ)、isorhamnetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-gluco-pyranosyl-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅴ)、isorhamnetin 3-O-β-D-rutinoside(Ⅵ)、quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅶ)、kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅷ)、p-coumaric acid(Ⅸ),包括4个木脂素类(化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ)、4个黄酮类(化合物Ⅴ~Ⅷ)和1个苯丙素类(化合物Ⅸ)。所有化合物均首次从角果藜中分离得到。Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the methanol extract from above-ground part of Ceratocarpus arenarius Linn.,viz.threo-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,8′-oxyneoligna-9,4′,7′,9′-tetraol-7(8)-ene(Ⅰ),threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-conifery ether(Ⅱ),(-)-(7 R,8 S,7′E)-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8,4′-oxolane-7′E-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),(-)-(7 S,8 S,7′E)-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8,4′-oxolane-7′E-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ),isorhamnetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-gluco-pyranosyl-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅴ),isorhamnetin 3-O-β-D-rutinoside(Ⅵ),quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅶ),kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅷ),and p-coumaric acid(Ⅸ),including four lignans(compoundsⅠ-Ⅳ),four flavonoids(compoundsⅤ-Ⅷ),one phenylpropanoids(compoundⅨ).All compounds were isolated from C.arenarius for the first time.
