摘　　要：采用多种色谱分离方法和波谱技术从灯笼树(Enkianthus chinensis Franch.)地上部分乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定出14个酚类化合物,分别为2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯(1)、methyl hematommate(2)、丁香酸(3)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(4)、水杨酸(5)、肉桂酸(6)、阿魏酸(7)、东莨菪内酯(8)、7-羟基-8-甲氧基香豆素(9)、7,8-二羟基香豆素(10)、伞形花内酯(11)、大黄酚(12)、松脂酚(13)、麦芽酚(14)。所有化合物均首次从灯笼树中分离得到,且前13个化合物首次从吊钟花属(Enkianthus Lour.)中分离得到。A total of 14 phenolic compounds were isolated and identified from ethanol extract of the aerial part of Enkianthus chinensis Franch.by using various chromatographic separation methods and spectroscopic techniques,namely 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoic acid methyl ester(1),methyl hematommate(2),syringic acid(3),4-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester(4),salicylic acid(5),cinnamic acid(6),ferulic acid(7),scopoletin(8),hydrangetin(9),7,8-dihydroxycoumarin(10),umbelliferone(11),chrysophanol(12),pinoresinol(13),and maltol(14).All compounds are isolated from E.chinensis for the first time,and the first 13 compounds are firstly isolated from Enkianthus Lour.
