架空输电线路施工中耐张塔取消临时拉线的优化方法

摘  要:架空输电线路施工时,通常在耐张塔架线反方向设置临时拉线及地锚平衡安装张力,以提高安全性。然而,随着电网建设快速发展,越来越多的架空线路经过山区、河网泥沼和城区,在这些地区临时拉线设置困难。因此,文章针对输电线路施工中耐张塔取消临时拉线的优化方法进行研究:在耐张塔设计时,考虑安装工况下耐张塔未设置临时拉线的平衡张力,对杆塔构件进行局部加强;再通过数值仿真和现场试验研究杆塔在未设置临时拉线安装过程中的安全性。研究表明:加强后的耐张塔取消临时拉线后,在安装工况下仍处于安全状态。相较于设置临时拉线的耐张塔设计方案,文章提出的方案整体造价降低,综合效益提升,可为后续工程中耐张塔取消临时拉线的设计思路提供参考。During the construction of overhead transmission lines,temporary pulls are usually set in the opposite direction of the tension tower lines to balance the installation tension and improve safety.However,with the rapid development of power grid construction,more and more lines pass through mountains,river and marsh networks and urban areas,making it difficult to set up temporary pulls.Therefore,this paper studies the optimization method of canceling the temporary pulls of the tension tower in overhead transmission line construction.In the design of the tension tower,the balance tension of the tension tower without temporary pulls is considered,and the components of the tension tower are locally strengthened.Then,the safety of the tension tower in the process of installation without temporary pulls are studied by numerical simulation and field tests.The research shows that the reinforced tension tower is still in a safe state under the installation condition after canceling temporary pulls.Compared with the design scheme of tension tower with temporary pulls,the overall cost of this design scheme is reduced and the comprehensive benefit is improved.The research results provide a reference for the design idea of canceling the temporary pulls in the subsequent projects.
