摘 要:为研究热一次风加热器在大比例或是全比例掺烧印尼褐煤锅炉中的运用情况,文章对比了在热一次风风道上增加换热器加热锅炉热一次风和调转空预器转向提升热一次风2种方案,结果方案一更经济。对方案一热源的选取、加热器布置方式、运行方式、性能、运行安全性进行了分析和总结,结果显示加热器投运后可有效缓解磨煤机干燥出力不足的矛盾和提高锅炉效率。3年的运行实践表明,增加加热器既能保证自身安全运行的同时,也不会对其他设备造成安全和性能影响。In order to study the application of the hot primary air heater in the boiler with large proportion or full proportion of Indonesian lignite,the paper compares two schemes of adding a heat exchanger on the hot primary air duct to heat the boiler’s hot primary air and switching the air preheater to lift the hot primary air.The result shows that the first scheme is more economical.The selection of heat source,heater arrangement mode,operation mode,performance and operation safety of the first scheme are analyzed and summarized.The results show that after the heater is put into operation,it can effectively alleviate the contradiction of insufficient drying capacity of the coal mill and improve the boiler efficiency.Three years of operation practice has shown that adding the heater can ensure its own safe operation without affecting the safety and performance of other equipment.
