生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗沥液处理系统典型问题原因分析与对策研究

摘  要:生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的生活垃圾在堆放发酵过程中析出的渗沥液中NH 3-N、COD cr等污染物含量高,且水质和水量波动大,处理难度高。文章通过“预处理+升流式厌氧污泥床+滤层反应器(UBF)+外置式MBR膜生物反应器系统+纳滤NF+反渗透RO+STRO膜浓缩液深度处理系统”工艺在某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗沥液处理系统的设计可研和生产运维中出现的典型问题进行了分析和总结,为同类电厂渗沥液处理项目的设计、运维管理提供参考和借鉴。During the stacking and fermentation process,the leachate discharged from the domestic waste incineration power plants contains high levels of pollutants such as NH 3-N and COD cr,and the water quality and quantity fluctuate greatly,making the treatment difficult.This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the typical problems that occurred in the design,research,production,operation and maintenance of a leachate treatment system in a domestic waste incineration power plant through the process of“pretreatment+upflow anaerobic sludge bed+filter layer reactor(UBF)+external membrane bioreactor(MBR)system+nanofiltration(NF)+reverse osmosis(RO)+membrane concentrate deep treatment(DTRO/STRO)system”.It provides reference for the design,operation and maintenance management of leachate treatment projects in similar power plants.
