摘  要:文章通过对变压器油中溶解气体组分含量跟踪分析,发现了某500 kV光伏变压器油中溶剂热气组分异常,表现为总烃、氢气含量较低,乙炔单组分异常增长,产气速率较高。文章采用三比值法、特征气体法进行了故障类型的判断,并结合电气试验、内检、吊罩检修发现了该光伏变压器内部C相动、静触头未完全搭接,存在放电性缺陷,及时进行消缺处理并投运后油中溶解气体组分含量正常,变压器运行正常,避免了变压器内部故障的进一步扩大,也为变压器的故障诊断提供了案例依据。By tracking and analyzing the content of dissolved gas components in the transformer oil,this paper discovered an abnormality in the oil of a 500 kV photovoltaic transformer,which was manifested as lower contents of total hydrocarbons and hydrogen,an abnormal increase in acetylene content,and its high production rate.The fault was diagnosed by the three-ratio method and characteristic gas method.In order to clarify the defect,electrical tests,internal inspections,and hood inspections were conducted.It was found that the internal C-phase moving and static contacts of the photovoltaic transformer were not fully overlapped,resulting in discharging defect.After timely elimination of the defect and putting it back into operation,the content of dissolved gas components in the oil was normal,and the transformer operated normally,which avoided further expansion of the internal fault and also provided a case basis for transformer fault diagnosis.
