摘  要:文章首先对红外测温、手持红外测温、有源和无源传感器几种传统的测温方式进行综合对比分析,然后结合现场高压开关柜的具体结构、运行监视以及后期维护需要,针对某电厂的实际应用需求设计了一种10 kV开关柜无线测温系统,最后通过实际应用验证了该系统能够准确地监测到开关柜内设备的实时温度,为设备运维人员能尽早地发现异常设备提供数据支持,并使隐患尽快地得到消除,降低了设备发生事故的概率,提高10 kV开关柜的运行可靠性。This paper comprehensively compares and analyzes several traditional temperature measurement methods,including infrared temperature measurement,handheld infrared temperature measurement,active and passive sensors.Then,combined with the specific structure,operation monitoring,and later maintenance needs of on-site high-voltage switch cabinets,a wireless temperature measurement system for 10 kV switch cabinets is designed according to the actual application requirements of a certain power plant.Finally,through practical application,it is verified that the system can accurately monitor the real-time temperature of the equipment in the switch cabinets and provides data support for equipment operation and maintenance personnel to discover abnormal equipment and eliminate hidden dangers as soon as possible,reducing the probability of equipment accidents and improving the operational reliability of 10 kV switch cabinets.
