摘 要:目的探究汉语听音识图测试(以触摸屏为反馈方式的一种闭合式言语测听材料,MAPID)和普通话BKB语句测试(以复述为反馈方式的开放式言语测听材料,MBKB)2种新的言语测试材料对于评估学龄前人工耳蜗植入儿童的适用性。方法对64名学龄前人工耳蜗儿童进行MAPID和MBKB测试,并分析得出的测试数据。结果在MAPID测试中受试者的数字测试、双音节测试与音调测试,以及MBKB测试得分均与植入后使用时间和手术年龄呈一定的相关性(P值均<0.01)。当开机时长>1年时,MAPID得分>80%,达到“天花板效应”;当开机时长>3年时,MBKB得分>80%,达到“天花板效应”。结论MAPID与MBKB用于学龄前人工耳蜗植入患者听觉言语发展评估均有一定的适用性,其中MAPID适用于人工耳蜗植入1年内的患者,MBKB则适用于植入3年内的患者。Objective To explore the applicability of two novel speech test materials,the Mandarin Spoken Word-Picture Identification Test(MAPID)and the Mandarin BKB Sentence Test(MBKB),for evaluating auditory speech development in preschool children with cochlear implants.MAPID is a closed-set speech audiometry material that uses a touchscreen as feedback,while MBKB is an open-set speech audiometry material using repetition as feedback.Methods A total of 64 preschool children with cochlear implants(CI)were tested using both MAPID and MBKB,and the results were analyzed.Results In the MAPID test,significant correlations were found between subjects’scores in number tests,disyllabic tests,and tone tests,and their MBKB scores with the duration of CI use and age at surgery(P<0.01).When the duration of CI use exceeded one year,MAPID scores surpassed 80%.When the duration exceeded three years,MBKB scores surpassed 80%.Conclusions Both MAPID and MBKB are suitable for assessing auditory speech development in preschool children with CI.MAPID is particularly suitable for young children within the first year after CI,while MBKB is more appropriate for children within 3 years after CI.
