摘  要:目的探讨在听障儿童声母评估中,后接韵母对其发音的影响,为临床构音清晰度评估的准确性提供帮助。方法针对听障儿童最容易发生错误的舌根塞音“g、k”,选择其搭配的所有韵母组合。受试者为50名人工耳蜗植入儿童(CI儿童),开机1年且均在专业康复机构接受康复训练6个月以上;同时选取50名健听儿童作为对照组。采用两因素方差分析探讨后接韵母对儿童舌根塞音构音正确率的影响。结果无论是CI儿童还是健听儿童,当舌根塞音“g、k”后接开口呼韵母时,其构音正确率高于其后接合口呼韵母,且在CI儿童中后接开口呼与合口呼韵母的构音正确率差异更显著(P<0.001)。无论舌根塞音后接开口呼韵母还是合口呼韵母,CI儿童的构音正确率都要比学前健听儿童低。结论CI儿童发舌根塞音时会产生声母不一致现象。临床评估中要充分考虑CI儿童声母构音不一致现象,增加评估内容,以获得精准的评估结果指导其康复。Objective To investigate the influence of final vowels on the pronunciation of initial consonants in children with hearing impairment,thereby to enhance the accuracy of clinical articulation assessments.Method The research focused on the root stops of the tongue“g”and“k”,which are particularly prone to errors among individuals with hearing impairments.All possible vowel combinations that can follow these root stops were examined.A total of fifty children with cochlear implants(CI),who had undergone implantation for over one year and received more than six months of rehabilitation training at specialized institutions,were selected as participants.Additionally,50 children with normal hearing were included as the control group.A two-factor analysis of variance was used to assess the effect of subsequent vowels on the articulation accuracy of these root stops in children.Results When followed by an open call vowel,the correct pronunciation rate for“g”and“k”was significant higher compared to other vowel types;this difference was statistically significant in children with cochlear implants(P<0.001).Furthermore,it was observed that the articulation accuracy of children with CI is lower than that of their normally hearing peers,regardless of whether the following vowel is a joint vowel or not.Conclusions Inconsisten may arise in initial sounds produced after CI root stops.Clinical evaluations should take into account variations in consonant formation among children and expand assessment criteria accordingly to achieve accurate evaluation outcomes,ultimately guiding effective rehabilitation strategies for these children.
