摘  要:目的开发适用于4岁及以上维吾尔语儿童的噪声下双音节听音识图测试。方法选取最常用的双音节词语,绘制图片并在成人和儿童中完成图片表现力的验证;完成录音,并进行音频剪辑。最终保留32个维语双音节词测试项。招募17名4~6岁听力正常维语儿童,在其听力较佳耳进行5个不同信噪比(SNR)下的言语识别率测试,并拟合出每个双音节测试项的识别率-信噪比强度曲线。结果剔除其中曲线拟合相关性差的测试项,所余29项双音节词的识别阈为(-13.1±3.2)dB SNR。微调所余测试项的强度,大体实现了每一测试项在心理感知上的同质化。结论本研究设计编撰了适用于4岁及以上维语儿童的噪声下双音节听音识图测试材料。经过同质化优化后的29个测试词,可用于评估听力损失儿童在噪声下的言语识别能力。Objective To develop a disyllabic auditory lexical recognition test for Uyghur-speaking children aged four years and above under noisy conditions.Methods The most commonly used disyllabic words were selected,and corresponding pictures were created to validate their comprehension among adults and children.Audio recordings were made and edited.Ultimately,32 Uyghur disyllabic word test items were retained.Seventeen Uyghur-speaking children aged 4 to 6 years with normal hearing were recruited to undergo speech recognition testing under five different signal-to-noise ratios(SNRs)in their better-hearing ears.Identification performance-SNR curves were fitted for each disyllabic test item based on the test results.Results Test items with poor curve fitting correlation were excluded,resulting in 29 disyllabic words with an average identification threshold of-13.1±3.2 dB SNR.Fine-tuning of the remaining test items achieved perceptual homogeneity across all items.Conclusions This study successfully developed Uyghur disyllabic auditory lexical recognition test materials suitable for children aged four years and above under noisy conditions.After optimization for perceptual homogeneity,the 29 test words can effectively assess speech recognition abilities in noisy environments for children with hearing loss.
