摘　　要：正常衰老会导致听觉和前庭功能的减退。耳蜗和前庭同属于内耳,在解剖和生理上紧密相连,且都表现出与年龄相关的结构和功能变化。本文对老年性聋患者的前庭功能变化进行综述,以期为改善老年性聋、年龄相关的前庭功能减退提供新的诊断和治疗思路。Normal aging leads to the decline of auditory and vestibular functions.The cochlea and vestibular,both part of the inner ear,are anatomically and physiologically interconnected and both exhibit age-related structural and functional changes.This article reviews the changes in vestibular function among patients with presbycusis,aiming to provide new insights for the diagnosis and treatment of presbycusis and age-related vestibular function loss.
