溴芬酸钠滴眼液在角膜屈光手术后的临床应用现状分析及思考

摘　　要：激光辅助角膜屈光手术的安全性、有效性和稳定性已得到全世界的认可。但由于术中不可避免地对角膜产生损伤,导致术后的眼部炎症反应和刺激症状。眼用糖皮质激素可以减轻术后角膜损伤修复过程中的炎症反应,预防屈光回退,在角膜屈光手术后患者的康复和治疗过程中起着至关重要的作用。但糖皮质激素的长期使用,会使得药物不良反应,尤其是激素性高眼压的风险增加。溴芬酸钠是一种溴化非甾体抗炎药,具有很强的体外抗炎效力。本文回顾了21项已发表的临床研究,系统分析了已发表的证据支持溴芬酸钠应用在角膜屈光手术后中的安全性和有效性概况,以期为今后角膜屈光术后选择更为有效及安全的用药方案提供临床依据。Laser-assisted corneal refractive surgery has been recognized worldwide for its safety,efficacy,and stability.However,the inevitable intraoperative damage to the cornea can lead to postoperative ocular inflammatory reactions and irritation symptoms.As anti-inflammatory agents,topical ophthalmic corticosteroids play an important role in post-surgical management as they decrease the corneal inflammation and prevent refractive regression in clinical settings.Despite their benefits,corticosteroids have been associated with potential risks of adverse drug reactions,especially intraocular pressure elevation.Bromfenac is a brominated non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with strong in vitro anti-inflammatory potency.This paper provides an overview of the safety and efficacy profile of bromfenac sodium in the treatment of patients after corneal refractive surgery,followed by a review of 21 published clinical studies,which may provide more choices for the optimal drug selection during the perioperative period of corneal refractive surgery in the future.
