血清总胆红素直接胆红素间接胆红素检测在冠心病患者诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、间接胆红素(IBiL)检测在冠心病患者诊断中的价值。方法选取2022年11月至2024年10月我院诊治的40例冠心病患者作为观察组研究对象,并选取同期体检的健康者40名作为对照组,比较2组血清TBiL、DBiL和IBiL水平,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析诊断效能。结果观察组血清TBiL、DBiL和IBiL水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);血清TBiL、DBiL、IBiL及联合检查的曲线下面积(AUC)值分别为0.788,0.702,0.745,0.889,灵敏度分别为0.750,0.625,0.800,0.850,特异度分别为0.775,0.775,0.650,0.825。结论血清TBiL、DBiL和IBiL的降低与冠心病具有一定关系,联合检测可用于冠心病的辅助诊断。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum total bilirubin(TBiL),direct bilirubin(DBiL),and indirect bilirubin(IBiL)detection in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Forty patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from November 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of TBiL,DBiL and IBiL were compared between the two groups,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to analyze diagnostic efficacy.Results The serum levels of TBiL,DBiL and IBiL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The range of area under the curve(AUC)values for serum TBiL,DBiL,IBiL and combined tests were 0.788,0.702,0.745,0.889,sensitivity 0.750,0.625,0.800,0.850 and specificity 0.775,0.775,0.650,0.825.Conclusion The decrease of serum TBiL,DBiL,and IBiL is related to coronary heart disease,and combined detection can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
