摘  要:臭氧(O_(3))是一种强氧化性污染物,其浓度随全球变暖上升,短期暴露可能增加急性心血管事件风险。本文综述了O_(3)短期(急性)暴露对心血管健康影响的研究进展,包括O_(3)对心血管疾病发病及死亡风险、ST段压低、心率变异性和血压变化等表型指标,以及表观遗传标志物的影响,旨在为O_(3)致心血管健康危害的机制研究和防控提供科学依据。Ozone(O_(3)),a highly oxidative ambient gaseous pollutant,is exhibiting an increasing concentration trend in the context of global warming and short-term O_(3)exposure has been associated with increased risks of acute cardiovascular events.This review summarized the research progress regarding the effects of short-term(including acute)O_(3)exposure on cardiovascular health in populations,including its effects on the morbidity and mortality risk of cardiovascular disease,as well as on cardiovascular health phenotype indicators,such as ST-segment depression,heart rate variability,blood pressure,and cardiovascular health-related epigenetic biomarkers.The aim was to provide a scientific basis for understanding the mechanisms and developing strategies to mitigate the harmful cardiovascular effects posed by O_(3)pollution.
