白鹤滩水电站蓄水初期泥沙淤积特性分析

摘  要:白鹤滩水电站2021年4月6日开始蓄水,水库蓄水的同时,将拦截上游及区间泥沙,减小进入下游溪洛渡、向家坝、三峡等库区沙量,且白鹤滩库区拥有金沙江下游产沙强度最大的区间,其泥沙淤积特征极具代表性。本文根据白鹤滩水库干支流实测固定断面及水沙成果,采用输沙法和地形法分析该水库蓄水初期泥沙淤积特性。结果表明,蓄水初期水库淤积明显,一方面,受上游及区域来沙影响;另一方面,水库水位升高—消落过程中岸坡失稳滑落、坍塌、垮塌的现象较多,并在水库落淤,但经过两年蓄放水运行后,岸坡已有趋稳态势。本研究成果对白鹤滩水库运行及梯级水库调度具有较大意义。Baihetan Hydropower Station started to store water on April 6,2021.During reservoir filling,it intercepted upstream and local sediment,thereby reducing sand inflow into downstream reservoirs such as Xiluodu,Xiangjiaba,and the Three Gorges.More⁃over,Baihetan Reservoir area has the largest sand intensity in the lower reaches of Jinsha River,and its sedimentation characteris⁃tics are very representative.This study analyzd the sediment deposition patterns during the initial impoundment phase using mea⁃sured fixed cross-sections and sediment data from the main and tributary rivers of the Baihetan Reservoir,employing sediment transport and topographic methods.The results show that the reservoir siltation is obvious in the early stage of impoundment,affect⁃ed by the upstream and regional sediment;on the other hand,during the reservoir water lev fluctuation process,phenomen such as slope instability,landslides,collapses,and slumps occur frequently,leadi to sediment deposition in the reservoir.But after two years of storage and releasing operation,the bank slope has been stabilized.The results are of great significance to the operation of Baihetan Reservoir and the cascade reservoir.
