摘  要:2021年,国家发展改革委、财政部等部门印发的《推进资源型地区高质量发展“十四五”实施方案》提出,支持资源枯竭地区可持续发展,开展生态环境综合治理。作为老工矿城市,萍乡市矿产资源开采量大,对萍乡市进行长时序的生态环境监测工作十分必要。许多学者常借助遥感生态指数(remote sensing ecological index,RSEI)进行生态环境监测。然而RSEI的构建需要复杂的数据预处理和指数计算。以往资源枯竭型城市生态环境的研究是使用计算机本地软件对多个离散单独年份的生态环境评价,缺乏时序分析。In 2021,the 14th Five-Year Plan for Promoting the High-quality Development of Resource-based Areas issued by the Nation⁃al Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Finance and other departments proposed to support the sustainable devel⁃opment of resource-exhausted areas and to carry out comprehensive management of the ecological environment.As an old industri⁃al and mining city,Pingxiang City has a large amount of mineral resources,so it is necessary to carry out long-term ecological envi⁃ronment monitoring there.Many scholars often use remote sensing ecological index(RSEI)for ecological environment monitoring.However,the construction of RSEI needs to complex data preprocessing and index calculation.In the past,the research on the eco⁃logical environment of resource-exhausted cities used computer local software to evaluate the ecological environment of multiple discrete individual years,lacking time series analysis.
