摘 要:为比较北部湾沿海北海、东兴、防城港和湛江野生西施舌(Coelomactra antiquata)4个群体的形态学差异,利用形态指标变异分析、单因素方差分析、聚类分析、主成分分析和判别分析等5种统计分析方法,对4个群体的形态差异进行了分析。结果显示,在单因素方差分析中,西施舌壳体的凸度由壳体宽度和壳体前缘决定,而壳体质量实际上是壳体厚度的间接指标;在聚类分析中,西施舌4个群体形成2个聚类分支,第1支由北海、防城港和东兴群体汇聚而成,湛江群体则单独形成1个分支;主成分分析得到3个主成分,主成分1、主成分2和主成分3的贡献率分别38.30%、25.64%和13.44%,累积贡献率为77.38%;判别分析显示,西施舌4个群体的判别准确率P 1为81.25%~96.87%,P_(2)为74.29%~100%,综合判别准确率为88.10%。结果表明,北海、防城港和东兴西施舌群体间的形态变异差异较小,而湛江群体的形态变异差异较大。To compare the morphological differences of four wild populations of Coelomactra antiquata from Beihai,Dongxing,Fangchenggang and Zhanjiang along the coast of Beibu Gulf,five statistical analysis methods were used to analyze,including morphological indicator variation analysis,one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA),cluster analysis,principal component analysis(PCA)and discriminant analysis.The results showed that the convexity of the shell was determined by the width and anterior edge of the shell,and the weight of the shell is an indirect indicator of the thickness of the shell.The cluster analysis results showed that the four groups formed two clusters.The first cluster was formed by the Beihai,Fangchenggang and Dongxing groups,while the Zhanjiang group formed a separate cluster.Three principal components were obtained by PCA,of which the contribution rate of the first principal component of 4 groups was 38.30%,the second principal component was 25.64%,the third principal component was 13.44%,and the cumulative contribution rate was 77.38%.The discriminant accuracy of P 1 for the four C.antiquata groups ranged from 81.25%to 96.87%,while the discriminant accuracy for P_(2) was 74.29%-100%,and the comprehensive discriminant rate was 88.10%.These characteristics indicated that the morphological variation of the C.antiquata populations in Beihai,Fangchenggang and Dongxing was relatively small,while that in the Zhanjiang population was large.
