摘 要:针对电石炉净化灰气力输送难点进行分析,对比净化灰和粗、细粉煤灰物理特性,发现净化灰相比于粗、细粉煤灰,粒径细、密度小,流动性差,容易出现黏附壁面等问题。因此从增强净化灰的流动性角度出发改进设备,提高净化灰输送能力。设计选择仓泵壁面流化改进方案,减少仓泵内原有流化设备对于净化灰的支撑作用,提高净化灰流化程度。在工程实际中运用改进的仓泵以及气力输送逻辑,改进后的设备很好地完成了气力输送任务,未有物料粘连情况发生。研究结果表明:仓泵壁面流化方式的改进对净化灰气力输送具有较好的提升能力,且关于净化灰气力输送系统输送逻辑优化也使得系统流程更加适配净化灰输送特性。In order to analyze difficulties of purified ash pneumatic conveying,the physical characteristics of purified ash,fly ash fine and coarse coal ash are compared.It is found that the particle size and density of purified ash is smaller than fine and coarse coal ash,which has poor mobility and is easy to adhere to the wall.Therefore,this paper improves the equipment from the perspective of enhancing the mobility of purified ash to improve the purified ash conveying capacity.The design selects the silo pump wall fluidisation improvement scheme,reduces the original fluidisation equipment in the silo pump to support the purified ash,and improves the degree of purified ash fluidisation.Improved silo pumps and pneumatic conveying logic are used in engineering practice,which is very good to complete the pneumatic conveying task,there is no material sticking situation occurs.The results show that the improvement of the silo pump wall fluidisation has a better ability to enhance the purified ash pneumatic conveying,and the optimization of the conveying logic of the purified ash pneumatic conveying system also makes the system process more suitable for the purified ash conveying characteristics.
