摘 要:以IEC61373:2010提供的模拟长寿命随机振动加速度谱密度作为激励,利用基于虚拟激励法开发的适用于轨道车辆系统随机振动分析软件(RVRAP)对动车组吊装结构进行疲劳寿命预测,并与商用分析软件计算的随机应力结果进行对比。分析结果表明:两种软件计算得到的结构关键节点随机应力响应的最大误差为12%,并且RVRAP所需时长仅为商用软件的5.4%,大幅减少了计算时间,RVRAP与三区间法的疲劳评估结果一致,证明了RVRAP的有效性。With the increase in velocity and the development of lightweight designs for vehicles,the risk of exposure of large equipment under the vehicle to the vibration environment is increased,and the resulting failures are also gradually increased.The random vibration simulations for large-scale equipment of EMU are carried out by using the simulated long-life testing acceleration spectral density(ASD)of standard IEC 61373:2010 as excitation.The random vibration analysis of large-scale equipment of the EMU is carried out by using the railway vehicles random analysis program(RVRAP),which is developed based on PEM for the random vibration analysis of rail vehicles compared and analyzed with the random response results of the commercial software.Compared with the random response results of commercial software widely used at present,the random response rule is analyzed,and the fatigue life of the structure is predicted.The maximum error in the random stress response of the key nodes of the structure calculated by both methods is 12%,the required time for RVRAP is only 5.4% of that of commercial software,and the fatigue evaluation results are consistent.
