摘  要:鉴于燃料电池系统旋转机械老化的复杂程度,为实现退化规律不清晰的核心部件的寿命预测,提出基于Weibull分布的机械设备可靠寿命预测方法。通过对核心部件的历史失效数据进行统计,基于最小二乘法及平均秩次法,实现Weibull分布的参数估计分析,得到设备可靠寿命分布函数,由此估计设备的可靠寿命。在此基础上,考虑到燃料电池系统机械设备存在维修过剩和维修不足的问题,提出基于剩余可靠寿命的燃料电池系统旋转机械预测性维修方法,通过对设备剩余寿命可靠度分析,实现了对燃料电池系统旋转机械的预防性维修周期的确定。Given the complexity of the aging of rotating machinery in fuel cell systems,a reliable life prediction method for mechanical equipment based on Weibull distribution is proposed to realize the life prediction of the core components whose degradation laws are unclear.The reliability life distribution function of equipment was obtained by statistical analysis of the historical failure data of core components,and the parameter estimation of Weibull distribution was implemented by means of least square method and mean rank method.Considering the problems of overmaintenance and undermaintenance in some equipment of fuel cell system,a predictive maintenance method for rotating machinery based on residual life reliability in fuel cell systems is proposed.The preventive maintenance cycle of the rotating machinery of the fuel cell system is determined through the residual life reliability of the equipment.
