摘  要:通过搭建550kV SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体隔离开关气流场的几何模型,利用Fluent软件对隔离开关热态气流场开距处的压力、温度、密度等特性进行仿真研究,并通过加载同等电压、电流值的直流与交流电,对比不同电流输入下隔离开关气流场的分布差异。研究表明:在热态气流场下,隔离开关动、静弧触头开距处的压力围绕初始值呈曲线状衰减分布,且压力变化范围小于冷态时的变化范围;动、静弧触头开距处的密度和温度分布呈负相关;加载交流电时产生的电弧温度低于加载直流电时产生的电弧温度,且开断时间小于加载直流电时隔离开关的开断时间。隔离开关气流场的开断特性依赖于工作条件的设定,通过调整气流场的工作条件,优化和提升隔离开关的性能。Carrying out the simulation study of the airflow field of disconnecting switches with SFo/N,is of great significance for realizing the optimized design and performance improvement of disconnecting switches and reducing the research and development cost.The geometrical model of 550 kV SF_(6)/N_(2) mixed gas disconnecting switch airflow field is constructed.The characteristics of pressure,temperature and density at the open distance of the hot airflow field of the disconnecting switch are simulated by using Flunt sofware.The differences in the distribution of the airflow field of the disconnecting switch are compared with the different electrical inputs by loading the same voltage and current values of direct current and alternating current.The study shows that under the hot airflow field,the pressure at the opening distance of the movable and static arc contacts of the disconnecting switch is curved around the initial value,and the range of the pressure change is smaller than that of the cold state.The density and temperature distribution law at the opening distance of the movable and static arc contacts are negatively correlated.The temperature of the arc generated by loading alternating current is lower than that of the arc generated by loading direct current,and the opening time is smaller than the one of the disconnecting switch loaded with direct current.The opening time is smaller than the opening time of the disconnecting switch loaded with direct current.Therefore,the opening and breaking characteristics of the airflow field of the disconnectors depend on the setting of the operating conditions,and the performance of the disconnectors can be optimized and improved by adjusting the operating conditions of the airflow field.
