摘  要:为推进各类资源节约集约利用,提高废弃物回收和利用效率,考虑了竞争存在下的利润最优化问题,从逆向供应链视角,基于博弈理论构建了包含制造商、回收商、回收竞争商,以及消费者在内的混合竞争回收渠道双元闭环供应链系统;并同时以建设服务成本最小化、客户满意度最大化、回收利润最大化为目标,建立多目标双元闭环供应链回收连锁店选址模型。借鉴蘑菇繁殖生长机制的原理,以繁殖过程中菌落思想为核心,结合Pareto非支配解集算法设计了改进的蘑菇繁殖算法,对多目标选址问题进行优化求解。实验结果验证了模型的可行性和算法的有效性,并通过比较竞争者价格敏感度与交叉价格敏感度对优化目标的影响,为回收连锁店选址决策提供了参考。To promote the economical and intensive use of various resources and improve the efficiency of waste recycling and utilization,this paper considered the profit optimization problem in a competitive environment,and constructed a dual closed-loop supply chain system with mixed competition and recycling channels,including manufacturers,recyclers,competitors,and consumers based on game theory from the perspective of reverse supply chain.At the same time,with the aim of minimizing construction and service costs,maximizing customer satisfaction,and maximizing recycling profits,it established a multi-objective dual-element closed-loop supply chain recycling chain store location model.Based on the principle of mushroom reproduction and growth mechanism,it designed an improved mushroom reproduction algorithm(MRO),with Pareto non-dominated solution set algorithm,to solve the multi-objective location problem.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.By comparing the impact of competitor price sensitivity and cross price sensitivity on the optimization objective,it provides reference for the location decision of recycling chain stores.
